Evelyn Ellyson

Evelyn Midkiff Ellyson, age 93, of Chase City, VA, passed away on September 28, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Watt and Mary Marston of Red House, Virginia. She was predeceased in death by her husband of 40 years, Billy Midkiff, one son, Gary Midkiff, and second husband, Maitland Ellyson. She is survived by a granddaughter, Michele Midkiff Vecchione of Virginia Beach and a stepdaughter Joan Ellyson Schumm. Graveside services will be conducted by the Rev. Reggie Warren on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Meadow Brook Memorial Gardens, 4569 Country Rd, Suffolk, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the graveside. Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
