Wetona Manning

Wetona Billings Manning, 84, of Chase City, VA passed away on November 27, 2013. She was born on August 18, 1929 to the late Thomas and Lilly Billings. She is predeceased by her husband, Vestal Manning, three brothers, Willard Billings, Thomas Billings, and Robert Billings, and two sisters, Viola Taylor and Irene Solomon. She is survived by her brother, Carl Billings of Chase City, VA, her special niece, Joyce Hamblen and her husband Bill of Chase City, VA, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home chapel. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.
