Irma Hoyle

Irma Driggs Hoyle, age 96, of Chase City, Virginia passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015. She was born on November 26, 1919 in Charlotte County, VA to the late Eddie and Blanche Driggs. Mrs. Hoyle is survived by her husband, Calvin A. Hoyle, nephew, Billy Driggs, niece-in-law, Candice Driggs, great-nephew, Jim Driggs, three great-nieces, Rachael Striblen, Margaret Driggs, and Meredith Driggs and two devoted friends, Duke and Helen Reid. She is predeceased by one sister, Iva Bugg, three brothers, Benton Driggs, Kermit Driggs, and Carson Driggs and two nephews, Carson Driggs, Jr and Mike Driggs. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.
