Ikey Mills

Herbert Henry "Ikey" Mills, Jr., age 53, of Skipwith, Virginia passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016. He was born on April 5, 1962 in Richmond, VA. Ikey is survived by his fiancé, Rhonda Lenhart Mills, mother, Shirley Faye Mills, daughter, Wendy Newcomb and her husband Anthony of Chase City, son, David Thompson and his partner Cass Price of Greensboro, NC and two grandchildren, Anthony Newcomb and Elizabeth Newcomb. He is also survived by three sisters, Darlene Mills Coleman of Red Oak, Annette Mills Darden of Chase City and Rosemary Mills Price and her husband James of Chase City, brother, Christopher Boyd Mills of Red Oak, two nieces, Tracy Hylton and Jesse Price, six nephews, Daniel Coleman, Justin Price, Johnnie McCall, Cameron Mills, Heath Mills, and Brent Throckmorton, three great-nieces, Kayla, Kensley, and Kymber Hylton, one great-nephew, Gabriel Price and numerous devoted friends. Ikey is predeceased by his father, Herbert Henry Mills, Sr. and son, Brian Lee Mills. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Mills Family Cemetery in Red Oak.
