Guy DeSantis

Guy Tracy DeSantis, age 55, of Chase City, Virginia passed away on Friday, June 10, 2016. He was born on October 25, 1960 in Trenton, New Jersey to the late Ferdinand Guy DeSantis and the late Marie Reynolds DeSantis. Guy is survived by his wife, Deborah "Tiny" DeSantis, three sons, Gary DeSantis and his wife Marcy, Anthony DeSantis, and D.J. DeSantis, one daughter, Jenna DeSantis and four grandchildren, Kloey Perry, Zach DeSantis, Austin DeSantis, and Tatum DeSantis all of Chase City, Virginia. He is also survived by his half brother, Artie Labunde of Northern VA, one nephew, Derek Weaver, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He is predeceased by one sister, Gina DeSantis. He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran and an employee for Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative for 27 years. Guy was an avid hunter and he loved his dogs. He was a beloved coach and took great pride in lawn care. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 6 until 9 p.m. at Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home in Chase City, VA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home Chapel. Interment with Military Honors will follow at the Mills Family Cemetery in Red Oak, VA.
