Karl Straubinger

Karl Straubinger, age 68, of Chase City, Virginia passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016. He was born on May 27, 1948 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Edmund Edward Straubinger, Sr. and the late Eileen K. Gorman Straubinger. Mr. Straubinger is survived by his wife, Lynne J. Straubinger of Chase City, one son, Jon Straubinger and his wife, Cindy of Manchester, NJ, and one daughter, Melissa Straubinger of Jacksonville, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Amanda Straubinger, Jon W. Straubinger, Gavin Straubinger, Rylee Cramer, and T.J. Cramer, one great-grandson, Liam Hennessey, and special friends, Johnny Newcomb and family. He was a Vietnam Era Navy Veteran and a Union Carpenter for 35 years.
