Clarence William Wilmouth, age 61, of Red Oak, Virginia passed away on Friday, September 9, 2016. He was born on July 30, 1955 in Charlotte County, Virginia to the late Henry Grady Newcomb and Rebecca Tuck Wilmouth. Clarence is survived by his wife, Elaine Gurley Wilmouth, one daughter, Chrystal Greathouse and her husband, Neil of Aylett, VA, his mother, Rebecca Wilmouth of Drakes Branch, and two grandsons, Jeremy Greathouse and Ethan Greathouse. He is also survived by four brothers, David Newcomb and his wife, Beverly of Chase City, Charlie Wilmouth of Drakes Branch, James Wilmouth of Tennessee, and Hurley Wilmouth of Drakes Branch, two sisters, Shirley Liles of Skipwith and Evelyn Jones of Chase City, numerous nieces and nephews, and his devoted friends, Ronnie and Connie Bigger. Clarence was an avid bass fisherman. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home Chapel.
