Yvonne Sizemore

Yvonne Bowen Sizemore, age 81, of Skipwith, Va passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017. She was born on March 16, 1936 in Virgilina, Va to the late Willie Wise Bowen and Elizabeth Blanks Bowen.

She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Robert Conrad Sizemore; and two sisters, Hilma Joyce Allen and Edith Bowen Cook.

Yvonne is survived by two daughters, Donna Sizemore Hale and her husband, David of Burke, Va and Lisa Sizemore Lowman and her husband, David of Red Oak, Va; three grandchildren, Courtney Lorraine Hale, Jakob Robert Lowman, and Hannah Elizabeth Hale. She is also survived by one sister, Betty Jane James of Clarksville, Va and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 17 2017 at 11 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Church. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
