Cecil Bowman

Claude Cecil Bowman, Jr., age 70, of Skipwith, VA passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. He was born on February 15, 1950 in Richmond, VA and was the son of the late Claude Cecil Bowman, Sr. and the late Marguerite Mull Bowman.

Cecil was an avid motorcyclist and race fan. He was a retired Highway Inspector for the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Cecil is survived by his wife of 52 years, Nancy Brewer Bowman; son, Bret Bowman and wife, Kendal of Raleigh, NC; three grandchildren, Audrey, Jake and Taylor Bowman; and his brother, Stephen Bowman of Oxford, NC. He is also survived by his uncle, Garland Mull and wife, Beulah of Chase City, VA and aunt, Nancy B. Chewning of Newport, NC.

A private memorial service will be held.
