Linda Green

Linda Kaye Green, beloved daughter of Ridley and Lula Green, was set free on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at the age of 67. She was born January 7, 1955 in Farmville, Virginia.

Linda is survived by her sister, Patricia G. Collins (Bruce) of Raleigh, NC; niece, Anna Maria Smith (Jesse); and nephew, Chandler B. Collins. She was preceded in death by her devoted parents, Ridley Green and Lula Jackson Green.

Linda has resided at the Pleasant View Harrison House in Harrisonburg, Virginia for the last 34 years of her life. They were truly her second family during this time. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff, past and present, for their loving, dedicated, and compassionate care for Linda.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the Woodland Mausoleum in Chase City, Virginia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s memory to the Pleasant View Harrison House, 1631 Virginia Avenue, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22802.
